When Lady Gaga looks like Boy George, her sister looks like, well, Gaga. That said, we love getting to see these two together, since the megastar and her clothing designer younger sister, Natali Germanotta, are so rarely photographed side by side. Mother Monster, 28, posted this snap — along with the caption, "Me and my sister shabu shabu" — just a few days after her Harper's Bazaar cover story hit newsstands. The star proudly shared the white jacket in the spread was designed by her 22-year-old little sis, noting, "My sister Natali killing it in fashion, jacket from her Parsons thesis collection chosen by Carine Roitfeld to be featured this Icon Issue. Natali made it by hand. #germanottagirls."
