1. excellence n. 最好

The “Time” magazine boasts that it has achieved editorial ~ in Asia.

2. Excellency  n. 首字母須大寫：

His Excellency, Sir Williams is going to address the Congress. 威廉爵士閣下將對國會發表演講。

a.      Your + E~：閣下，大人；當面對高階人士 (包括總統、首相、部長、

大使或貴族等) 之尊稱

b. His~; Her E~ ：對第三者提起上列人士之尊稱

3. Majesty / Highness / Honor

 

A. Your M~：當面對專制國家 (或遺留此制之國，如英、日等國) 國 (女)

王或王后之尊稱(陛下)；若同時指兩位，則用複數：Your Majesties；His

(Her) M~ ：對第三者提到國王或皇后個人之稱呼；若同時指二位，則用

Their M~ ies 。

B. Your Highness~ ：殿下；當面對王太子、公主或王妃 (如Princess Diana

戴安娜王妃)之尊稱 (His ~; Her ~  ：對第三者提起之稱呼)。

 

C. Your / His Honor ：「庭上；大人」對法官之尊稱。
